Product Description Montana is a natural grain aniline that will highlight natural markings, grain and color variation and beautiful transparency; all the qualities aniline leathers are known for. Color will vary from hide to hide and even within each hide due to the subtle variations in the way the waxes are absorbed into the hides. Montan will gain a rich patina over time and will fade when exposed to natural light.

Material Aniline Leather: Aniline leathers are the closest to a pure and natural form. These leathers are tanned and colored with transparent dyes exclusively. The transparent dying process allows you to see the rich color hues unique to each hide and shows off each hideÍs one of a kind grain pattern. The rarest of Aniline leathers reflect the unaltered full top grain of the surface and have a remarkable skin-like feeling. Aniline leathers can also be made to highlight effects such as wax or oil pull-up, pebble grains, sauvages or distressing.
